Description: This test provided by Boeing is a ballistic impact of a steel
                 projectile on composite BMS8-212, which is an outdated Boeing
                 military material in a 16-ply laminated composite lay-up.
                 Solid elements ELFORM=1 and MAT_162 (*MAT_COMPOSITE_DMG_MSC)
                 are used to model the composite.
                 MAT_162 requires a separate license from Material Science Corp.
                 Delamination is modeled by the use of contact
                 *CONTACT_AUTOMATIC_SURFACE_TO_SURFACE_TIEBREAK,
                 OPTION=7 (DYCOSS Discrete Crack Model).
                 Measurements were done at UC Berkeley - Mechanical Engineering
                 Department.
                 The measured impact speed is 4758 in/sec.
                 The measured exit speed is 4133 in/sec.

Status: Accepted and currently part of the AEROQA Test Suite
