• You hereby grant to Ansys, Inc. and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, perform, broadcast, distribute, disclose, and create derivative works of the Materials for the purpose of including and making them available on the AWG website and to other Users of the AWG website.
• You warrant that, to the best of your knowledge, the Materials are accurate, error free, do not contain any viruses, malicious code, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, and otherwise comply with these Terms.
• You warrant that the Materials are free from all claims or other proprietary rights of third parties. You agree to indemnify and defend Ansys against any and all claims that the Materials infringe any patent, copyright, trade secret, or any other proprietary right of a third party.
• You warrant that providing the Materials via the AWG website will not violate any applicable law. You agree to indemnify and defend Ansys against any and all claims that the Materials violate any applicable law.
