Description: | Comparison of MAT_224 (*MAT_TABULATED_JOHNSON_COOK) with reliable implemented material laws in LS-DYNA®, MAT_024 (*MAT_PIECEWISE_LINEAR_PLASTICITY) and MAT_015 (*MAT_JOHNSON_COOK). The test case contains elementary single solid elements in comparison with these materials. In particular, this test case verifies the influence of thermal softening and stress triaxiality. The development of MAT_224 is funded by the FAA. The test case consists of four load cases:

| - Load case 1: Uniaxial tension, orthogonal directions free
|
| - Load case 2: Uniaxial tension, orthogonal directions hold
|
| - Load case 3: Uniaxial tension, orthogonal directions hold and released after 2.5 seconds
|
| - Load case 4: Uniaxial tension, orthogonal directions hold after 2.5 seconds
